Here’s the truth. I used to never slow down. I was a yoga teacher who never slowed down. Sometimes I would in the occasional class that had a nice long savasana and when that happened I definitely felt amazing but it didn’t last. I would worry and fret and feel anxious.

5 years ago when I needed to get out of a funk after moving, I started small. I took little bits of time to read inspirational books, do breathing techniques, meditate for 5 minutes, and so on. When I started to incorporate these bits of time into my day, my life started to flow with more ease and I started to enjoy my life more.

My desire to share this work with busy people is how the Moon & Arrow Lodge was born. I want you to create a space and time so you can slow down and find that space inside you where the stresses of the world melt away and you can get back to your life feeling lighter and happier.
